We continue to develop a Talent Graph Strategy for matching talent and resources to opportunity for long-term, high-income, potential and success. INNOVATION 4.0 has a powerful vision for harnessing social graph technology for the advancement of all people, that eliminates Bias from the hiring selection process, and provides an understanding of Return on Investment on learning specific skills.

We need better data on talent, a better way of leveraging that data through learning-based approaches, and data-driven applications that help our two constituent groups. Our approach allows for preservation and integrity of the data, completeness of the data and its narratives, while avoiding intrinsic and unconscious bias.

Unforeseen consequence of Social Media: It encourages Bias despite increased availability of Data

Those that use Social Media sites can expect intrinsic bias in their hiring process

The Talent Graph Strategy

The Talent Graph Strategy begins with providing content creators to show off their talents through a digital portfolio of content that they create while participating in programs such as INNOVATION 4.0.

The Talent Graph Strategy outlines an automated system that also quantifies talents based on structured endorsements, and blind-matches them with suitable employment and higher education opportunities ensuring that Bias is eliminated from the process.

Finally, the Talent Graph Strategy outlines an approach to help students understand the Return on Investment of pursuing specific talents that will aid their long-term success in the workforce.
